Family Reunion

My parents have started an awesome tradition of hosting a Champion Family reunion each summer...This was the second annual and it was a blast!

15 months...

Top 10 at 15 months...

1. Had his first sleepover without mommy and daddy!
2. LOVES finding snails....Takes every ounce of energy that I have when I see him with one to not go running the other direction....He carries them all around.
3. Still loves to eat and be outside more than anything.
4. Is able to say more and more words each week. (Running total: Hi, bye by, fly (bye), socks (gocks), book (gook), truck (guck), ball, up, down (newest), off, out (kinda), kitty, hot, NO, ow, nana (banana), mine, bautbaut (bubble), Nigh-nigh).
5. Wears basketball shorts and a white tee most of the time.
6. Loves to be read to.
7. Still has a pot belly and thunder thighs.
8. Plays with sidewalk chalk.
9. Is obsessed with his cousins. They love each other so much.
10. Loves sitting in the drivers seat of daddy's truck and loves running through the clothes aisles at Target.
**. Is a pea in a pod with his daddy!

July part II....

We have two sets of every month because we use two cameras...I could just make one huuuuuggeee post but I decided to spilt it up! For some reason, it is less overwhelming this way.

Date Night #2...Megan's 30th Birthday! We have actually had four date nights this summer! That is way more than we have had over the last 16 months! Aunite Ems baby sat.

July...

Big Boy Hair Due...He also got his bangs trimmed this month by daddy...At least daddy knew to save mommy a lock of hair from his first cut.

 His very, very, very favorite pasttime...Looking for bugs...Here he is looking, pokeing, picking up, trying to eat, etc (all the other nasty things that can be done by little boys) ants. YUMMM!

 Swimming with daddy...He has been dunked numerous times this summer and has not cried once!

 Sidewalk Chalk...Mommy loves it more than me :(....He does not look thrilled!

 Oh wait, but if I can eat it, then I am happy!

Had, had, had to document the curls! I love them. They are the only reason that I WILL NOT cut his hair.  Long live the curls!

June...

Baby with a wedgie..I didn't think this could happen with a diaper..Apparently, I was wrong!

 Lobster Din din! This was one of the best dinners ever! We had BBQd oysters for appys, and then steak and lobster for din din...Warren set it all up and it was AMAZING!!!! What a treat!
